These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Titu Garage website and the services we provide at our workshop in Sharjah, UAE. By booking a service or interacting with us online or in person, you agree to the following terms.
Service Appointments and Bookings
All service appointments must be booked in advance, either through phone, email, or our website. While we strive to accommodate preferred time slots, availability is subject to workshop capacity. Titu Garage reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing and Estimates
All pricing provided before service is an estimate based on initial inspection. Final charges may vary depending on actual vehicle condition, additional work required, and parts replacement. Customers will be informed of any changes before proceeding.
Parts and Warranty
We use genuine or OEM-grade spare parts for all Nissan vehicles unless otherwise requested by the customer. Warranty on parts and labor may vary depending on the type of service and will be clearly communicated. Titu Garage is not responsible for failures caused by parts not supplied by us.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer. Any delays in payment may result in holding the vehicle until settlement is made.
Vehicle Storage and Pickup
Customers are requested to pick up their vehicles within 48 hours after service completion. Titu Garage may apply storage charges for delays beyond this period unless prior arrangements are made.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care, Titu Garage is not liable for loss or damage caused by external factors, pre-existing faults, or delay due to unforeseen events. Customers are encouraged to remove personal items from the vehicle before handing it over.
Changes to Terms
Titu Garage reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website implies acceptance of any revised terms.
